Multiobjective Lot Sizing and Scheduling of Multiproduct Switching Production in the Process Industry Considering Uncertain Market Information Under Mass Customization

With the gradual diversification of customer demand, to improve rapid response ability enterprises, this paper fully considers uncertain market information under background mass customization and establishes a new process industry multi-product switching production lot sizing scheduling model with goal minimizing maximum completion time total cost. Fuzzy chance-constrained programming is used explicitly incorporate demand quantities into model. Starting from reality, cost equipment when processing multiple varieties products skillfully integrates conversion rate materials during novel model, making entire system closer real state. It provides concept consider reduction for actual workshop management. In addition, proposes an improved multi-objective genetic particle swarm optimization (SMOPSO-IIs) algorithm simulate solve The operation results show that Pareto solution obtained by SMOPSO-IIs better overall.
